Warranty Information, Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

DO NOT roll down windows for at least 72 hours so that film may cure properly. Your film will take 30 days to fully dry and cure, and during this period it is normal to have a hazy appearance. This condition is temporary, caused by the moisture used during application, and will disappear as the moisture dries during the curing process. DO NOT use abrasive pads, cleaners or industrial strength glass cleaners on any Rayno treated windows. DO NOT peel or scrub the edges of the film.

Please ensure the dealer properly fills in all warranty information before returning the vehicle to your possession. Warranty is valid only if all applicable information is successfully submitted via the warranty portal.

The following warranty applies solely to the manufacturing quality of Rayno Automotive Window Film. The quality of installation is the sole responsibility of the Dealer. Any defects caused by improper installation are the liability of the Dealer and is not covered under the Rayno warranty.

Rayno warrants that Rayno Automotive Window Film will:
• Maintain solar reflective properties without cracking or discoloration
• Maintain adhesion without delaminating, bubbling, blistering, or peeling from the glass
• Maintain the film’s specified color without fading to purple.
In the event that film is found defective under this warranty by Rayno, Dealer will replace the quantity of film that is proven to be defective and provide reapplication free of charge during the warranty period.

To obtain warranty service, present your warranty card to your Rayno Authorized Automotive Window Film Dealer. In the event that the Dealer is unavailable, contact Rayno Customer Service at 844-RAY-FILM.

Warranty is non-transferable and only valid in the United States. Completed automotive warranty must be registered within 30 days of the installation date, online at WWW.RAYNOFILM.COM/WARRANTY-REGISTRATION.

PLEASE RETAIN A COMPLETED COPY OF YOUR WARRANTY CARD TO PRESENT TO A PARTICIPATING AUTHORIZED RAYNO AUTOMOTIVE WINDOW FILM DEALER TO OBTAIN FULL WARRANTY SERVICE. THE AVAILABILITY OF WARRANTY SERVICE WILL VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND DEPENDING ON THE LAW GOVERNING THE LEGALITY OF AUTOMOTIVE WINDOW TINTING IN YOUR VEHICLE’S REGISTERED AREA. Warranty covers application of Rayno Automotive Films only. Rayno reserves the right to test any window films presented under warranty service.

WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO ABUSE OR CARED FOR IMPROPERLY. THIS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY FOR INSTALLATIONS THAT CONFORM TO STATE WINDOW FILM LAWS. EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATIONS TO REPLACE DEFECTIVE FILM AND REAPPLY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE, RAYNO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN EITHER TORT OR CONTRACT FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.

Rayno is proud to provide warranty coverage on our safety and sun-related architectural films when installed to the interior surface of appropriate glazing by an authorized professional installer for the warranty period set forth below against adhesive failure, peeling, cracking, bubbling, blistering, and delaminating.

This warranty coverage does not apply to improper maintenance and cleaning abuse which are the responsibility of the buyer, as well as installation defects, which are the responsibility of the professional installer. If the film exhibits any of the above defects, Rayno will authorize warranty work. Warranty service does not renew or extend original term of the warranty.

All warranty service must be approved by an authorized Rayno representative through an authorized professional installer before commencing. Warranty coverage is applicable to property owner at time of installation and is non-transferable to subsequent property owners. Warranty coverage does not apply to dual pane windows. Films are not intended for exterior applications, and warranty coverage is only applicable when film is installed on the interior side of glazing units.
